Donation Policy

Seniors Cancer Foundation is pending for 501(c)(3) status. All donations support our mission of providing emotional support, care packages, and resources to seniors with cancer.

Use of Donations

Funds are used for:

Program services
Care package distribution
Outreach and operations

Tax Deductibility

Donations will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law once we obtain 501(c)(3) status. Our EIN is 42-1855876.

Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Transparency

We are committed to responsible stewardship and financial transparency.

Donor Privacy

We do not sell or share donor information.
